Shipping Packer Lead- DFW

About the role

The shipping packing lead oversees the packing department to ensure proper and accurate shipping with timely delivery of products within budget.

What youll do

• Accurately review process print and verify order completion
• Responsible for all daily outbound shipments with accuracy
• Daily contact with shipping staff and freight carriers
• Quality control for all outbound customers orders before shipment
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Support documentation as needed
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Safety vigilant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and describe products accurately and thoroughly
• Customer Service experience preferred
• NetSuite experience a bonus

Standing Walking Reaching/Bending Endurance Balancing/Mobility Manual Dexterity Exposure to varying conditions Repetitive Motion Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently safety equipment loud noises: 8-hour work shift
