Principal Accountabilities

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work at heights 40 ft or more
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (34 to - 20 degrees F)
  • Operate yard mule
  • Backing up 53ft trailers and moving them to the parking
  • Operate a high rise 537 lift

Required Qualificiations

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
  • Poses valid drivers license
  • Ability to operate a forklift or obtain and maintain certification
  • Strong experience in shipping receiving or warehouse operations
  • Ability to resolve complex inventory or shipment issues
  • Ability to guide or support less experienced team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory reconciliation or reporting
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanning devices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes or workflows
  • Informal leadership or training experience
  • Work history in the last 12 months
