Shipping Coordinator

Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

Kilian Manufacturing is seeking an organized and dependable Shipping Coordinator to join our first-shift Shipping this role you will help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure products move efficiently and accurately from our facility to our customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented communicates effectively and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This position works closely with carriers suppliers warehouse employees and other internal teams to support timely shipments accurate documentation and excellent customer service.

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to support accurate and timely delivery.
• Prepare review and maintain shipping records and required documentation.
• Schedule and communicate with carriers regarding pickups deliveries and shipment status.
• Work with internal teams suppliers and carriers to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records monitor stock levels and assist with cycle counts.
• Use shipping systems and carrier software including UPS and FedEx applications.
• Help maintain a clean safe and organized shipping and receiving area.
• Follow established safety procedures and applicable shipping requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes efficiency and accuracy.

• At least two years of shipping logistics warehouse or related coordination experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve shipping and logistics issues.
• Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency.
• Experience with UPS FedEx or similar shipping software preferred.
• SAP system experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with employees across multiple departments.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely maneuver oversized or heavy materials and equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled.
• Ability to use a smartphone tablet laptop or other workplace technology as needed.
