Shipping Coordinator

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock assignments in our shipping operation
• Stage and process inventory for shipment ensuring orders are correct before they leave our facility
• Assign shipment locations and coordinate with our Assembly Department and leadership team to catch and correct any order discrepancies before they become headaches
• Keep the shipping area organized clean and safe
• Work alongside the Shipping Supervisor and our Assembly Department to troubleshoot issues and keep production flowing

How You Will Help

• Manage inventory control systems: receive verify and accurately log all incoming stock and materials
• Assign and track inventory locations to maintain organized accessible storage
• Stage and process orders for shipment according to specifications and timelines
• Coordinate shipment locations and verify order accuracy before items leave the facility
• Communicate with Assembly Department and leadership to identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain daily logs and documentation to ensure accurate records
• Keep shipping workspace clean organized and compliant with safety standards
• Report operational issues to Shipping Supervisor and recommend process improvements
• Support the Shipping Supervisor in meeting shipping deadlines and delivery commitments

• Experience in inventory management shipping or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with computer-based inventory or order management systems (example: M3 WMS/M4)
• Understanding of manufacturing environments and production timelines
