TKO StaffPros LLC is looking for a dedicated Shipping Associate to join our Distribution team in Memphis. This full-time on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of our dynamic operation within the Building Materials industry.
As a Shipping Associate you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate shipping of materials contributing to the overall efficiency of our distribution process. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us maintain high customer satisfaction levels while supporting our operational goals. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $17 - $18 along with comprehensive benefits to foster your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package materials for shipping
- Label and document shipments accurately
- Load and unload shipments from delivery vehicles
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts
- Communicate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies as necessary
- Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in shipping or logistics
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Must have Forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Prior experience in warehouse or distribution environments is a plus
