Job Summary
Milacron is looking for a Shipping Associate to join our team in Batavia Ohio on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm). TheShipping Associate is responsible for loading and unloading trucks with forklifts or cranes uncrate and unpackage product and stage to designated location and processing inbound and outbound machined Youll Do:Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards in organizing stock and maintain inventoryDaily use of overhead cranes to load and unload large inventory for defects or damages and document any instancesExpedite / prioritize workloadUnload and put away incoming inventory items by all company policies and safety ideas on ways to improve or optimize shipping shipping and receiving clean and organized daily (5s).Operates forklifts / cranes to transport large items around the and resolves any shipment or delivery management or supervisor on the status of inventory shipments and of raw material and finished goods throughout the facility and in the yardAssist with yearly physical inventoryQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent knowledge (basic math reading writing)Forklift and crane experienceA team player with strong organization skillsA positive mindset with the willingness to learn and seek out efficiencies and optimize standardsAbility to demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations priority changes or new assignmentsAbility to demonstrate personal leadership and continuous improvement effortsBasic computer skillsPrevious experience in shipping/receiving operations.
