Job Description
Shift: B Shift 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F
Starting Hiring Pay: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
Are you an organized active problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment As a Material Handler you will serve as the operational backbone of our warehouse maintaining inventory accuracy moving raw and finished materials and keeping our production lines running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Material Movement: Safely load unload and transfer raw materials WIP and finished goods across shipping receiving and production areas using material handling equipment.
Inventory Control: Complete transactions in our Inventory Management System (MFGPro) conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Operational Support: Deliver supplies to production manage rack/drum inventories and support 5S housekeeping and recycling initiatives.
Safety & Quality: Adhere to safety protocols proactively report hazards and coordinate with shift teams to optimize workflow
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of relevant manufacturing/warehouse experience.
Experience operating material handling equipment and utilizing inventory software (MFGPro preferred).
Strong attention to detail communication skills and commitment to a safety-first mindset.
Ability to work overtime and adapt quickly to shifting daily
