Job summary

Under general supervision of the Shipping Supervisor the Shipper is responsible for entering hazard insurance information & property tax information in LOS for investor transfer letters completing investor submission forms for various investors review imaged files for completeness. Add required documents to imaged & paper files for shipping ship files to various investors. Front desk phone coverage relief every other month.

Essential job functions

1. Prep files for shipment.
2. Review imaged file before shipping.
3. Prepare imaged files & paper files by adding required documents.
4. Assemble imaged & paper file according to investor instructions.
5. Contacts branches for missing documents from imaged files
6. Assists twice a week logging in as Received paper files & electronic Ready to Ship notification from branches.
7. Phone coverage for break relief every other month.

Minimum requirements

High School Diploma/GED. Motivated self starter with excellent communication skills & detail oriented. Must be organized & able to work under deadlines.

Abilities Required

1. Basic knowledge of computers & data entry.
2. Work independently.
3. Skill in both verbal and written communication.
4. Ability to follow instructions & keep notes.
5. Flexible to changes.
6. Ability to multi-task.

Compensation Disclosure

This is a non-exempt hourly position. The pay range for this role is $16.90 to $20.83 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime is paid in accordance with California state and federal labor laws. Additional compensation such as bonuses or incentive pay may be available based on performance and business needs.

At-Will Employment

This position is classified as at-will employment in accordance with California law. Employment may be terminated by either the employer or employee at any time with or without cause or notice subject to applicable law.

Work Location

This position is primarily based in our office located at 1200 Discovery Dr. STE 300 Bakersfield CA 93309. Regular in-office attendance is required during standard business hours.
