Nestled in the serene beauty ofHobble Creek Canyon Embark at Springville is more than a treatment centerwere a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 1217 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges including trauma anxiety depression and family dynamics. Our approach isfamily-centered evidence-based and deeply relational.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions modeling interventions and managing escalated situations.
  • Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 1217) in a high-acuity residential setting.
  • Lead interventions during behavioral escalations aggression and critical safety incidents.
  • Guide new hires through a structured checklist-based on-shift orientation.
  • Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth efficient shift operations.
  • Conduct weekly 1on1 meetings with direct supports.
  • Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.
  • Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists nurses and day staff.
  • Participate in leadership meetings relaying relevent information during treatment team meetings as necessary.
Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Experience working with adolescent teenagers.
  • Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity emotionally charged situations.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.

  • Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.

  • Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.

Required:

  • Meets Core Requirements:Must be 21 hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) a valid drivers license with a clean record and pass a Utah State background check.
