Job description

As a Shift Manager youll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members providing friendly service with a smile and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendys is known for.

• Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
• Supervising Crew in service cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
• Executing cost control systems
• Having a Can-Do Attitude when working as part of the Team

Sound intriguing Here are a few basic qualifications to apply for this job. You mustbe at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience. Reliable transportation demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills and most importantly the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment are also a must.
