Shift Manager | Blue Sushi Sake Grill | Naperville

$25/hr.

The Shift Manager works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations lead the team and help create a positive experience for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Help oversee daily operations and ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead train and support employees while maintaining service and hospitality standards.
• Assign tasks monitor performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and service.
• Assist with opening closing cash handling and shift transitions.
• Maintain cleanliness safety sanitation and company standards throughout the restaurant.
