Shift Manager Beverage FT

Responsibilities:

• Handles the administration of all beverage facilities.
• Completes payroll for the beverage employees maintains data and handles payroll forecasting.
• Ensures the enforcement of policy.
• Maintains all records reports and critiques concerning beverage services.
• Takes disciplinary and corrective action on Cocktail Servers when necessary.
• Meets with the staff on a weekly basis to reiterate policy and evaluate operations.
• Other Duties as assigned.
• Works with upper management to maximize guest satisfaction and service.

Work Environment:

• Diverse fast-paced deadline driven multi-project coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $45000 annually
