Responsibilities:
- Provide strong customer service and lead by example
- Train and motivate team members
- Handle cash and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Lead shifts and set the tone for the team
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to hold yourself and others accountable
- Work closely with the Store Manager on daily operations
- Deep commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong work ethic and dedication to team success
- Must be 18 years of age or older
