What You Will Do
- Lead the Team: Direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General and Assistant Managers.
- Manage Daily Operations: Monitor staff breaks oversee scheduling and minimize overtime.
- Develop Talent: Assist with training new employees to maintain high brand standards.
- Maintain Excellence: Prep bake and serve fresh products while keeping the kitchen safe and clean.
- Deliver Smiles: Greet customers and take orders in a friendly accurate and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Strong communication skills and leadership potential.
