We are looking for dependable and motivated Shift Leaders who can help lead daily operations and support team execution in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising shifts maintaining operational standards supporting team members and helping ensure excellent customer service during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily store execution

• Supervise and coach team members during shifts

• Maintain food safety cleanliness and operational standards

• Assist with customer issue resolution

• Help manage labor and shift efficiency

• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

• Support training and development of team members

• Communicate effectively with store leadership

Qualifications :

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to stay organized under pressure

• Reliable attendance and accountability

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
