We are currently hiring for a Security Shift Lead at a client site in Clifton Park NY. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional security environment focused on safety access control customer service and team AvailableSecurity Shift LeadMonday through Wednesday and Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMThursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM40 hours per week$20.00 per hourReliable transportation is required as public transit may not align with shift hours. All candidates must possess a valid NYS Drivers License and be able to meet Securitas Safe Drive Program requirements as client vehicles may be used for patrol duties. CPR training will be provided for candidates who do not currently hold ResponsibilitiesControl access to the facility and monitor vehicle drop-offs and the secure entry and exit of trucks visitors and vehicle and foot patrols throughout the activities transactions and incidents using site reporting clear accurate and professional incident exceptional customer service while interacting with employees visitors and security-related technology and duties outdoors in varying weather leadership and direction to on-site Security with officer training and daily security operations and ensure site procedures are as a point of contact for officers and site leadership during assigned School Diploma GED or equivalent NYS Drivers License required and ability to qualify for Safe Drive security experience supervisory or leadership experience written and verbal communication customer service and interpersonal to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or confrontational working independently and as part of a to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather transportation you are dependable detail-oriented and ready to take on a leadership role in maintaining a safe and secure environment we encourage you to apply and join our team in Clifton Park.
