Job Summary
The Shift Lead / Key Holder is responsible for directing restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant this role you will help achieve the highest standards of food quality customer service cleanliness and workplace safety.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Service: Prep bake and serve fresh pretzels and other menu items while greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly efficient and accurate manner.
- Shift Management: Monitor employee breaks track overtime and oversee scheduling during your shift.
- Team Leadership: Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
