SHEETMETAL FOREMAN
Established HVAC Company is seeking a Superintendent to manage new residential construction projects in Winchester VA and surrounding areas.
Day-to-day operations include:
- Providing guidance and direction to HVAC sheet metal crews
- Maintaining professional relationships with construction crews clients customers and company leaders
- Measuring scheduling and ordering materials and equipment for ongoing and new projects
- Performing other duties as assigned
The preferred candidate will possess 5 years of sheet metal experience in new residential HVAC and have strong knowledge of Mechanical and Building Codes.
