Job Summary
We are seeking a Shareholder Services Senior Analyst to join our Fund Services team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and transaction support while contributing to daily workflow processes and fund operations.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding client service by professionally handling calls emails and work items with accuracy and within established deadlines including support for the Dealer Services Call Center
Assist direct shareholders with account setup maintenance and transaction processing
Process literature requests from prospective and current shareholders
Identify appropriate funds and/or services based on inquiries from prospective and current shareholders
Maintain effective communication and follow-through with the Funds transfer agent
Place outbound calls to shareholders to resolve processing issues and provide requested information
Collaborate with internal teams including portfolio management sales & marketing and legal & compliance to deliver timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
Serve as an escalation point for fellow team members in the absence of management providing guidance on complex inquiries and ensuring continuity of service
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree (business-related field preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-oriented with strong follow-through and a high level of attention to detail
SIE Series 6 and Series 63 licenses with opportunity to obtain the Series 7.
Preferred
Prior experience in financial services sales and/or client service roles
Familiarity with fund operations transfer agency processes or shareholder services
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in office.

The salary range for this role is $65000-$75000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
