THE JOB:
The Shared Sourcing Managerwill utilize category managements strategy action plan to supportthe execution of sourcing strategies within defined categoriesincluding but not limited to food & beverage hotel facilities & horticulture. This roles includesdeveloping &leading sourcing events managing supplier relationshipsnegotiating & executing contractsand collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering cost savings process improvements and supporting broader strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment withcategory managementand company goals.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories in alignment with company goals.
Lead Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes analyze supplier responses and support award decisions.
Perform spend analysis and market research to identify sourcing opportunities and cost reduction strategies.
Negotiate and draft supplier agreements with guidance from Legal.
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support project implementation and ensure contract compliance.
Track supplier performance metrics and manage resolution of operational issues. - Suggest Removal
Contribute to the identification of diverse and sustainable sourcing options.
Support the development of tools templates and best practices within sourcing.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least three (3) years of prior relevant experience in sourcing procurement or supply chain management.
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field preferred.
Prior experience conducting RFPs and negotiating supplier contracts preferably in one or more of the following areas: Food & Beverage Hotel Facilities & Horticulture.
