Description

This posting is for a teacher to work with students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Areas of focus include: social emotional learning character educationgoal setting prioritizing & time management school & homework resources note-taking techniques and focus strategies as appropriate to grade level.

Qualifications

1. ValidElementaryMichigan Teaching Certification.
2. Elementary K-5 all subjects (K-8 All subjects self contained classroom) (ZG) endorsement is required.
3. Willingness and ability to work cooperatively on a teaching team.
4. Credential file documentation of successful attainment excellent student teacher and/or teaching experiences.
5. Candidates interested in sponsoring extra-curricular activities preferred.
6. Computer/Technology knowledge such as Microsoft Office Internet E-Mail Google Creation of web pages etc. required.
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
