In-Home Shared Living Provider

What Youll Do

An adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you. You will provide them with daily care and support.

Provide a private bedroom and a safe supportive home environment

Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking cleaning personal care and transportation

Encourage independence through skill development and guidance

Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities

Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff

Compensation & Benefits

Tax-free annual stipend: $40000 - $60000

Paid time off

Additional room & board income (average $630/month)

Training background checks and certification

24/7 support from a dedicated ViaQuest Manager

Tools and assistance for documentation billing and compliance

Help coordinating respite

Qualifications

Caregiving experience

High school diploma or GED

Valid drivers license reliable insured vehicle and good driving record

Clean background checks

Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required)

Home or renters insurance
