Shared Living Manager

Responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for the oversight and quality of current Shared Living Providers and their homes.
- Assist with the approval process of potential Shared Living homes and providers.
- Work with the Development team on referrals for Shared Living.
- Oversee supports provided to ensure the health safety and well-being of individuals served.
- Ensures services meet and exceed county state and federal regulations and standards.
- Attend and participate in networking groups of area providers and workgroup committees.
- Hybrid Position with expected travel within Ohio.
Minimum Experience for this position include:
- 3 years of experience in human services/IDD industry.
- Experience and familiarity with Ohio Shared Living.
- Leadership/management experience.
