As a Shake Shack Team Member you will:

Shift: During hours of 10am - 12am Pay: $18 per hour

• Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
• Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Master all stations and rotate through them as assigned.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Learn and perform POS functions including redemption of comps and PENN Cash.
• Abide by all state gaming and federal liquor regulations.
• Provide responsible alcohol service and apply responsible alcohol certification training.
• Support company values of integrity inclusivity and community engagement.
• Maintain a well-groomed neat and clean appearance.
• Possess resiliency to deal with difficult guests and work harmoniously with coworkers.
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines
• Count money and change correctly
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
• Other duties as assigned
