• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Entertainment Department to ensure smooth and efficient execution of programs and activities.
• Serve as a communication bridge between team members supervisors and department leadership.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of recruitment interviewing hiring onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Develop implement and facilitate training programs to ensure team members meet performance and service standards.
• Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling to support operational needs.
• Maintain departmental records reports payroll documentation and other administrative requirements.
• Coach mentor and evaluate team members to promote professional growth and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and operational standards.
• Assist in planning and executing entertainment events productions and special projects.
• Resolve operational challenges and team member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Payrate: up to $18.50/hr

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in entertainment attractions hospitality recreation or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment hiring training and employee development practices.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational project management and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit stand bend and kneel for extended periods
• Strong hand-eye coordination manual dexterity and attention to detail (including color accuracy)
• Capable of standing/walking for extended shifts (up to 14 hours; 3 miles daily)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. including lifting items above shoulder level
