Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a SFA EPM Analyst Pool Finance Techlocatedin Raynham MA.

TheSenior Financial Analyst (SFA) EPM Analyst Pool Finance Techrole supports DePuy Synthes enterprise financial planning and performance management capabilities. This role partners closely with Finance IT and business stakeholders to deliveraccuratetimely and insightful financial data through enterprise performance management (EPM) tools. The position plays a key role in enabling datadriven decisionmaking improving forecasting accuracy and strengthening financial governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support enterprise performance management (EPM) platforms used for budgeting forecasting reporting and longrange planning.
Prepare analyze andvalidatefinancial data to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with financial controls and governance standards.
Partner with Finance and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system enhancements reports and analytics.
Assistin the development testing and deployment of Finance technology solutions including upgrades enhancements and process improvements.
Perform variance analysis trend analysis and scenario modeling to support management decisionmaking.
Support monthend quarterend and planning cycles by ensuringtimelyand reliable system outputs and financial insights.
Document business processes system logic and reporting standards to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation data quality and finance process efficiency.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics Information Systems ora relatedfield (required).
Masters degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:
4-6years of relevant work experiencein financial analysis financial planning EPM or Finance technology roles.
Experience supporting budgeting forecasting and management reporting processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data andidentifytrends and insights.
Experience working with financial systems EPM tools or reporting platforms.
Proficiencyin Excel and financial modeling techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams in a matrixed environment.

Preferred:
Experience with enterprise performance management tools (e.g. planning consolidation or reporting systems).
Exposure to Financetransformationorsystem implementationprojects.
Knowledge of accounting principles internal controls and financial governance.
Experience in a large complex or global organization.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain financial concepts to nonfinance partners.
Other

Language:Englishproficiency.
Travel:Limited travel may be(generally <10%).
Certifications:CPA CMA or similar finance certifications preferred but not.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

94000.00 - 170000.00 USD Annual

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
