Job Description

• Manage a caseload of sexual abuse and related personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Evaluate claims develop litigation strategy and advise clients throughout the legal process
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and substantive legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Appear in court for hearings conferences and proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and support staff to drive cases forward efficiently
• Maintain high standards of client communication professionalism and advocacy

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 4 years of experience handling sexual abuse and employment law matters
• 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong writing negotiation and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage complex cases independently while thriving in a team environment
• Plaintiff-side defense in-house or solo practice backgrounds all considered
