What Youll Do
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications
- Inspect materials and completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow patterns measurements and work instructions to produce high-quality work
- Perform routine machine threading cleaning and minor adjustments
- Maintain production records and communicate any quality or production concerns
- Support a safe organized and efficient work environment
What You Bring
Were seeking someone who is reliable safety-focused and eager to learn:
- Previous sewing industrial sewing or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions patterns and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
- Ability to work independently while meeting production goals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
