What Youll Do

As a Setup Person youll ensure our machines are set up correctly running smoothly and producing high-quality product. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and keep production flowing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to machine trouble lights and diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately
• Perform assembly and coiler machine setups according to specifications
• Monitor coil size measurements and overall product quality
• Complete advanced diagnostics tuning and maintenance on assemblers and coilers
• Perform mechanical repairs (e.g. finger shaft replacement chuck repairs cam re-timing)
• Ensure machines are stocked with backup coils helical wire and coreless wire reels
• Tag and track partially used wire rolls
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production needs including occasional overtime for urgent repairs

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience repairing and maintaining industrial or manufacturing machinery
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of equipment performance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Forklift certification (or ability to maintain certification)
