In this role you will impact the reliability and performance of Honeywells products by delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the service operations.



Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on Honeywell products following established procedures and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities including parts used and time spent on each task.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Support and Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards during all service activities.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Basic knowledge of part placement
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. Excel Word) and ability to use service and repair computer systems
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/SAP
  • PSS is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
WE VALUE
  • 1 year of experience in service and repair technician roles.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to service and repair work.
  • Familiarity with service documentation repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work follow instructions and execute tasks including Testing Repair/Replace parts without damage and Final Configuration.
