Position Title: Servicenow ITSM BPC & Engagement manager - W2 only
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ITSM ITOM and/or ITAM.
- Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.
- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations and APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
