Job Summary

Lead custom development for Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and AIOps
Manage resources in the ITAM solutions covering hardware software SaaS and cloud asset lifecycles
Design and govern integrations using Integration Hub APIs and event-based patterns
Execute end-to-end delivery from technical design through production deployment
Ensure platform performance scalability security and upgrade readiness
Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent AI Search and Now Assist
Lead and supervise developers business analysts administrators contractors and system integrators
Conduct architecture configuration and code reviews and enforce platform standards
Partner with Cybersecurity Identity Server Network Datacenter End User Computing Procurement Legal and Asset Management teams
