Job Summary
Technical Experience:
- 6-10 years of experience with ServiceNow Development.
- Experience in IRM configuration for risk and controls
- Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on Multiple implementations.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge on ITSM CMDB Discovery Governance Risk & Compliance.
- ServiceNow GRC Implementation or development experience is a must have.
- Should have understanding on ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Good hands-on knowledge and experience of JavaScript Glide and Jelly Scripting.
- Design and modify ServiceNow forms scripts transform maps service maps web services inbound email actions SLAs and more.
- Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding.
- Conducting Proof of Concept activities when necessary.
- Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services SOAP email MID etc)
- Good understanding of building Machine Learning AI RPA scenarios will be added value.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with global ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow across any location of client.
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Help design and implement new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.
- Prepare run books on specific technology areas.
- Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance.
- Work with the client team to address escalations and own the resolution during the critical incident scenario.
- Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities for automation standardization and stabilization of environment.
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed

Academic & Professional Skills:
- ServiceNow System certified administration is a must
- Certified Implementation Specialist- ITSM is a must

- ITIL Foundations certification is a must.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education.
