Job Description
Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
Background in IT SaaS platforms IT support or enterprise applications.
Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Basic understanding of ITIL or IT service management concepts.
Familiarity with JavaScript workflows UI policies or platform configuration concepts (academic or hands-on).
Ability to troubleshoot logically and collaborate with global teams.
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn the ServiceNow ecosystem.
