Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Developer with strong expertise in CMDB Discovery ITOM and enterprise ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and customizing multiple ServiceNow modules integrating third-party enterprise tools automating workflows and improving asset visibility and service mapping. This role requires strong development skills platform administration expertise and experience delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions to improve configuration management and service visibility
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM IRM/GRC SecOps CSM and HRSD
• Implement Discovery and Service Mapping to maintain accurate Configuration Item (CI) relationships
• Develop workflows Flow Designer automations business rules client scripts UI policies and custom applications
• Build and support integrations with enterprise platforms such as Splunk Azure Sentinel Qualys Tenable Workday and Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs MID Server and IntegrationHub
• Implement Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response workflows to improve automation and reduce MTTR
• Manage CMDB health data quality governance and compliance with enterprise standards
• Perform platform upgrades security enhancements RBAC configuration and encryption management
• Support data migration activities using Import Sets and Transform Maps
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items portals and self-service capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies testing release management and production support activities

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM ITOM IRM/GRC or SecOps
• Experience implementing enterprise CMDB governance and Service Mapping
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT operations
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
