ServiceNow Business Analyst Pre-system

Job Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support requirements gathering solution design and delivery within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document user functional and technical requirements
• Create and manage test data within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align on business priorities and roadmap
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support solution validation testing and implementation activities
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of business processes and system capabilities

Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and/or IT service management processes
• Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional collaborative environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• GxP validation experience
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
