Job Summary
- Architectural Expertise:8 years on the ServiceNow platform with 3 years leading technical architecture integration strategy and governance across multi-module enterprise deployments.
- ITOM Mastery:Proven track record implementing and optimizing Discovery Service Mapping Event Management and Cloud Visibility within dynamic hybrid environments.
- ISAM / ITAM Proficiencies:Hands-on experience configuring Software Asset Management Professional (SAMP) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) software license reconciliation and publisher packs.
- AICT & GenAI Implementation:Practical experience deploying Now Assistand configuring AI Control Tower (AICT)to manage AI agent registries risk policies token usage and cross-platform agentic workflows.
- Core Foundation & Data Modeling:Expert knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM 4.0) Service Graph Connectors and maintaining CMDB health at enterprise scale.
- Integrations & Technical Depth:Advanced proficiency with IntegrationHub REST APIs MID Server clusters and integrating third-party tools (e.g. AWS/Azure SCCM Flexera Dynatrace).
- Certifications (Nice to have):Active ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) plus Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials in ITOM or SAM (CTA/CMA preferred).
