Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time (Permanent)
Job Description:
- Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM modules
- Experience in developing workflows customizing forms in ServiceNow
- Experience in ServiceNow VA and Now Assist
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring AI Ops and automation tools (PagerDuty Ansible)
- Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations
- Understanding of monitoring and AI Ops tools
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow automation workflows in ITSM ITOM modules
- Lead the discussion with application and infra stakeholders conduct workshops to understand and finalize the requirements
- Design and solution integration of ServiceNow with IT Ops monitoring and automation tools
- Planning and implementation of new features in ServiceNow (ServiceNow VA Now Assist)
- Lead and guide offshore/onshore teams to track and implement the solution as per the expectations
