Job Summary
Location: Beaverton OR or Raleigh NC
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to manage configure and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration platform stability and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules to support IT and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform ensuring high availability and performance
- Configure and manage workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and forms
- Manage users roles groups and access controls
- Support and enhance ITSM ITOM and VR modules
- Perform upgrades patches and platform releases including testing and validation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain documentation for configurations processes and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and VR processes
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript PowerShell Python)
- Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)
