In this role as Service Writer youll be the crucial link between our customers and our service team. Youll ensure that each customers service experience is smooth informed and efficient helping us maintain the high standards our reputation is built on.

What Youll Do:

• Guide customers through the repair process keeping them updated every step of the way

• Accurately translate customer concerns into detailed work orders

• Verify repair quality and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow all internal service procedures and protocols

What Were Looking For:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

• Comfortable working around different mechanical and environmental smells

• Experience in agriculture and equipment is highly preferred
