The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing a seamless and positive experience for our customers by efficiently handling vehicle movement and ensuring their vehicles are well cared for during service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Transport customer vehicles to and from the service department and designated parking areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of vehicles while in your care.
• Assist customers by greeting them promptly and offering professional and courteous service at all times.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely vehicle service and pickup.
• Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures related to vehicle movement and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a valet or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle vehicles with care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required.
