The Service Transition Manager will lead the transition of Kinetic ERP Migration Factory services from pre-sales / build phase into steady-state operations. This role is accountable for establishing repeatable migration processes governance tooling and operational readiness to support large-scale multi-year ERP migration programs delivered in a factory model (cloud and on prem to Kinetic).
The role acts as the bridge between solution architecture delivery operations and customer stakeholders ensuring smooth handover minimal risk and predictable outcomes during migration waves.
Key Responsibilities
Service Transition & Operational Readiness
Own end-to-end service transition for Kinetic ERP migration services from design to BAU operations.
Define and execute transition plans covering people process tools governance and SLAs.
Ensure operational readiness before go-live of each migration wave (runbooks SOPs KT access environments).
Establish service acceptance criteria and sign-off for transition into steady-state delivery.
Migration Factory Setup & Governance
Design and operationalize a Migration Factory model for Kinetic (Wave-based / Assembly-line approach).
Standardize migration methodologies for:
Data migration (master transactional historical)
Customizations and extensions
Integrations ( ICE REST EDI third-party)
Reports dashboards and BPMs
Stakeholder & Customer Management
Act as the primary transition interface between sales solution architects delivery teams and customers.
Partner with Kinetic hyperscalers (Azure) and internal COEs as required.
Risk Quality & Compliance
Identify transition risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to security compliance and audit requirements.
Define quality gates and checkpoints across transition milestones.
Track and improve KPIs such as cycle time defect leakage rework and first-time-right migrations.

Functional & Domain Experience
10 years of ERP delivery experience with at least 5 years in service transition operations or large transformation programs.
Strong hands-on experience with Kinetic ERP migrations or implementations.
Proven experience setting up and running ERP Migration Factory or managed services models.
Solid understanding of manufacturing distribution or industrial verticals (preferred).
Program & Transition Management
Strong background in ITIL-based service transition and service management.
Experience with multi-vendor white-label or global delivery models.
Expertise in governance SLA management and operational KPIs.
Excellent risk dependency and change management skills.
