What Youll Do

As a Service Technician youll provide installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair services for commercial food equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical gas and refrigeration equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Install and service commercial cooking warewash refrigeration and food preparation equipment
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers
• Maintain parts inventory tools and company vehicle
• Support our safety culture by following safety procedures identifying hazards and promoting safe work practices

Qualifications

We hire all technicians at Levels I-IV and align each candidate to the appropriate level based on their experience skills technical knowledge and certifications.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements
• Ability to lift carry push and pull equipment/parts; bend kneel stoop and climb; work safely in a variety of commercial kitchen environments
• This position requires on-call coverage including nights and weekends as needed to support customer service needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial food equipment experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge Outlook Word and Excel
• EPA Refrigeration and/or CFESA certifications

Compensation

Pay Range: $21.00 - $39.51 per hour

Compensation is based on experience certifications skills and qualifications.

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidates qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is below:

$21.00 - $39.51 per hour
