As a Service Technician II/III you will:

• Perform troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical mechanical and refrigerant issues to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Support installation and commissioning of new systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate service documentation work orders and parts usage logs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing both the client company and Global Placement Firm with professionalism.

• Service repair and maintain commercial and light industrial HVAC systems.
• Identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors team members and clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required for after-hours or emergency service.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems controls and diagnostic tools.
Professionalism: Reliable detail-oriented and dedicated to service quality.

Adaptability: Comfortable working independently or within a team in dynamic field environments.

• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• 2 years of HVAC service experience in commercial industrial or large-scale residential environments.
• Proficiency in diagnostics maintenance and system optimization.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in diverse field conditions.
