Service Technician II

Responsible for performing all tasks relative to specific position in a timely manner & meeting or exceeding supervisors communicated expectations. Directs the workflow for pulling orders preparing UPS receiving freight and maintaining warehouse in a clean orderly fashion. Working with customer service dispatch service specialist warehouse techs service techs and supervisors.

Education:

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of all home care aspects of Respiratory Therapy Oxygen Systems Durable Medical Equipment Infusion Equipment and Supplies preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to work independently or with a group problem solve & make decisions as necessary
• Ability to effectively and pro-actively manage multi-tasks Use of good judgment
• Effective verbal and written communication basic computer skills
• Must demonstrate an exceptional maturity willingness to maintain harmonious working relationship
• Must be able to read write speak and understand the English Language
• Be self-motivated responsible & maintain a cooperative attitude
• Ability to establish appropriate priorities and anticipate untoward events & staffing needs

Salary Range: Minimum 17.37/hour - Maximum 28.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
