• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using the latest diagnostic tools and service equipment

• Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engines transmissions brakes steering suspension electrical and A/C

• Communicate with Service Advisors about recommended additional work and repair timelines

• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

• 2 years of Service Technician experience (preferred)

• Ford Certification preferred

• B-level qualifications including diagnostics electrical and engine repair

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic equipment

• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
