Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience 5 years prior small engines experience

In this inside sales role you will be working with customers both on the phone and in person to create work orders upsell on orders and locate parts for customers.

Responsibilities

• - Assemble new machines and ensure they are ready for use.
• - Diagnose and repair issues with ATVs UTVs snowmobiles and lawn and garden equipment.
• - Perform routine maintenance and service on various equipment types.
• - Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• - Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• - Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• - Proven experience working on ATVs UTVs snowmobiles and lawn and garden equipment.
• - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• - Previous experience in assembly and repair of outdoor power equipment preferred.
