• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues in engines transmissions electrical systems steering suspension brakes and A/C systems

• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems using proper tools and equipment

• Communicate with Service Advisors to explain repair needs and provide accurate time estimates for additional work

• Execute repairs under warranty following Ford manufacturer specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and uphold dealership safety standards

• 2 years of automotive service technician experience preferred

• Ford Certification required (B-level or higher preferred)

• Experience at a Ford dealership strongly preferred

• Proficiency in diagnostics electrical and engine repair

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
