Our growing Service Division is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our team in the Lancaster PA area. Key Responsibilities:

Were looking for technicians with hands-on experience and a solid foundation in a variety of maintenance and repair disciplines. Candidates with a background in the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:

• Installation maintenance and repair of overhead dock and door equipment
• Mechanical electrical and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair
• Welding and fabrication experience
• General facility maintenance and construction support including pallet racking repair & fixture maintenance
• General electrical systems knowledge and the ability to safely diagnose and repair basic circuits
• Construction and structural repair work such as concrete & masonry painting debris removal carpentry drywall or demolition

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience in mechanical electrical or hydraulic systems
• A strong work ethic and personal pride in quality workmanship and accountability
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Valid Drivers License (required)
• DOT Medical Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire; company assistance available)
