Only individuals with Automotive Technician Education or 4 years Automotive Technician Experience will be considered for this position.

Position:Ford Certified Technician / Mechanic.

Automotive Technician Job Requirements:

• Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines steering brakes suspension transmission and air conditioning. With Ford vehicles it requires following Fords diagnostic and repair recommendations
• Perform inspection of customers vehicles and give necessary repair recommendations to service advisors
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and work effectively with the service advisors
• Valid drivers license

Automotive Technician Skills and Qualifications:

• 4 year dealership technician / mechanic experience
• Need to identify clients concerns quickly
• Able to learn new automotive technology; automotive repair & service procedures & specifications
• Strong knowledge base of light trucks and medium duty trucks
• Diesel Engine knowledge helpful and compensated
• Valid Drivers License
